Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Greet, qualify and close prospects
- Take phone calls from prospects and make
- Greet prospects and complete a guest card for
- Qualify prospect on type, size, price and amenities
- Obtain picture I.D. before showing prospect a unit or
- Sell the prospect on the merits of the
- Use closing techniques to get the
- Follow up with phone
The following skills, knowledge, and personal characteristics are desirable for job success:
- Experience in leasing, sales, or customer
- Experience in on-site management operations
- A general knowledge of apartment
- Good physical appearance, neat and professional
- Good communication skills
- Self-confidence
