Dauris is the best. My entire move in process was quick and smooth. I didn't have to wait days and days like most locations to see if i was qualified. I found out same day. After emailing all my documents and paying fees I moved in the next week only because i pushed back the move in date. When i signed the lease she explained everything clearly. My apartment is spacious with up to date appliances. Dauris says maintenance will even come and help set up my washer and dryer. She is the best. (March, 2019)
